With the all the new broadband funding flowing in, how can you keep up?
Well, The Broadband Bunch is here to help. We are excited to announce the launch of our new Broadband Funding Finder. We developed this interactive wizard to help utilities, higher education, schools, libraries, tribal entities, and state / local governments navigate the funding ecosystem.
The information will be updated as quickly as we can, so if you find any funding sources that are missing, please let us know. You can reach us here.
Our aim is to consolidate and update funding vehicles that provide financial support to expand broadband infrastructure. There are over 25 Federal agency funding programs that help turn dreams into broadband and digital realities. Congress is pushing for billions more in funding for these agencies. The following information summarizes each program and can assist you in
- Learning how each program’s funds are earmarked
- Discovering if your organization is eligible
- Contacting the correct agencies for application information and deadlines
How to use the Broadband Funding Finder Wizard
The wizard allows you to search by geography, funding stage, and organization type.
It will display a summary of the relevant funding options.
When you select a funding option, you are provided with additional details, including a summary, eligibility criteria, available funding amount, funding agency website and contact information where available.
Our hope is that this wizard helps you quickly and easily find potential sources of financing to help accelerate your broadband programs. If you have any suggestions on how to improve this tool, please reach out and let us know. You can connect with us here.
